But not having one <strong>does not take you out of the game<\/strong>. Today, many artists are building real careers without a manager, just with intention, structure and vision. If you're just starting out, this is the norm. And you can organise yourself to move forward without depending on anyone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here are some real keys to self-management without collapsing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Be your own team (with head)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Divide your project into areas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Artistic<\/strong> (composition, rehearsals, recordings)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Visual<\/strong> (covers, videos, photos)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Communication<\/strong> (networks, mails, content)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Administration<\/strong> (registers, contracts, timetables)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You don't have to do it all every week, but you do need to have <strong>minimum one action per active area<\/strong>. That is moving with direction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Use simple tools<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>No need for Notion premium or weird apps. You can start with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A Google Calendar to organise launches, rehearsals, content, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An Excel or Drive spreadsheet with tasks, contacts, passwords, ideas, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A WhatsApp group with yourself to save ideas, links and reminders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>It is not the tool that is important, it is the habit.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Have a minimum project routine<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Even if you have little time:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 day per week for planning and mails<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 times a week for networking<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 space to compose or work on music<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>15 minutes a day for listening, observing and analysing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This does not take away your creative freedom: <strong>gives you clarity to move forward.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Learn to say \"no now\".<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You can't collaborate with everyone, or be at every event, or upload daily content.<br><strong>Select. Prioritise.<\/strong> Do what adds to your narrative and energy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Set realistic quarterly targets<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Examples:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\"Launch 2 songs with good content\".<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\"Improve my visual aesthetics\".<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\"Increase interaction in networks\".<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\"Register my themes and organise my splits\".<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Targets without pressure yield more results than anxiousness to do everything.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conclusion<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Not having a manager does not detract from your value. If you know how to organise your project, communicate it and keep it active, <strong>you can move forward with strength, visibility and professional respect<\/strong>.
